The Full Gospel Bible College was started by Rev. Dr. P. S. Chelladurai in 1969 and has been training people from India and other countries to be Pastors and Evangelists.

The bible school serves as an institute that teaches the word in depth so that the students will be equipped to fulfill the call on their life. The most important feature of the bible college is that the students have a live model church to observe - A self sufficient and self supporting church and its branch ministries.

In AFT, they learn the practical aspects of running a successful ministry. As discussed before, one of the main purposes of the Bible College is to be a supply source of Word-fed ministers to reach the unreached population of India using the India Harvest plan.
